How We Build Fast, SEO-Ready Websites

A simple checklist we follow to ship websites that load quickly, rank better, and feel great on mobile.

Fast websites aren’t just a “nice-to-have”. Speed impacts user trust, conversions, and search visibility. Here’s the practical approach we follow when we design and build a new site.

1) Start with structure, not animation

Before styling anything, we define pages, sections, and a content hierarchy that makes sense. When structure is clear, design becomes easier and the final UI feels simpler.

  • Write the message-first page outline (hero → proof → offer → CTA)
  • Define navigation and key pages early (About, Work, Services, Contact)
  • Use consistent section patterns (headings, spacing, cards)

2) Make images work hard

Most sites feel slow because images are too heavy or not sized correctly. We pick the right formats, set consistent aspect ratios, and only load what’s needed.

  • Use responsive images with predictable aspect ratios
  • Compress assets and avoid huge originals in the UI
  • Prefer simple, readable layouts over oversized galleries

3) SEO is pages + intent

SEO starts with clarity: one page should answer one intent. We write titles and descriptions that match what people search, and we keep internal linking consistent.

  • Unique page titles and descriptions
  • Clear headings (H1, H2) that match the content
  • Internal links to core pages and case studies

Quick win

If you can’t explain your offer in one sentence, your website won’t either. Fix the message first, then design.
